Àlex Frias Haro es crítico de cine, radicado en D.F., México. Lleva 5 años dedicado a escribir crítica de cine, en los que ha colaborado para medios como las revistas (Cinepremiere, La Tempestad, 24 x Segundo, Rolling Stone,...), periódicos (Uno Más Uno y Provincia de Michoacán), y páginas web (Sessió Continua.com, cinevertigo.com). Ha participado en programas de radio como Cinergis e Insomnios Perplejos (radio UNAM) y ha colaborado para el cineclub "Corte y Queda". Finalista del 6° concurso "¿Quieres ser crítico de cine?", organizado por la revista española "Guía del Ocio" (2003), también ganó el segundo lugar en el concurso de crítica "Qué cine estás viendo?", organizado por el CIGCITE (Centro Internacional de Guionismo para Cine y Televisión), en donde también cursó estudios de guionismo. Ha entrevistado a personalidades del cine francés, como Christopher Lambert, Linda Hardy, Ludivine Sagnier, Vahina Giocante, Marilyne Canto, Romain Duris, entre otros, y sostenido encuentros con estrellas como Tom Cruise, Bruce Willis, Tommy Lee Jones, Kevin Spacey, Matt Damon, Clive Owen, Will Smith, etc. Alex Frias Haro is a film critic in Mexico City.
